Its the perfect Tiffany Blue Balloon. It is a Matte Finish, but truly gorgeous for a Tiffany & Co. Event. I wish they could provide another option for a shiny Tiffany balloon. Nonetheless, this product got the job down! Love Love Love! Will purchase again!

Loved it... I used this for my sister in law bachelorette party (bubbly bar). This was easy to inflate and incredibly beautiful to look at. It was great focal point to the party. Not cheap looking at all. Will definitely buy it again for the price!
