Tương ớt cay nồng màu đỏ đặc trưng rất bắt mắt. Thay vì phải mua tương ớt siêu thị tốn kém hoặc các sản phẩm tương ớt trôi nổi không rõ nguồn gốc thì bạn có thể làm tương ớt cay nồng, ngon sạch và an toàn ngay tại nhà với các bước hướng dẫn đơn giản sau.
Đặt chảo lên bếp rồi bạn cho khoảng 1-2 muỗng canh dầu ăn, khi dầu nóng thì cho tỏi vào phi cho thơm sau đó cho ớt, cà chua vào xào sơ qua, thêm chút nước rồi đun sôi là tắt bếp.
Bạn đổ nguyên liệu ớt vừa xào vào máy xay sinh tố, đậy nắp và xay nhuyễn hỗn hợp. Đổ hỗn hợp lọc qua rây để loại bỏ hết phần bã, chỉ lấy phần nước tương ớt.
Cho nước tương ớt vào nồi, thêm đường, giấm, muối và khuấy đều rồi nấu cho hỗn hợp sôi lên, hòa tan bột năng với một chút nước sau đó chế vào nồi tương ớt, khuấy đều và nấu cho sôi là tắt bếp.
Để tương ớt nguội rồi cho vào hũ thủy tinh sạch, đậy kín và bảo quản ở nhiệt độ thường. Nên luộc hũ thủy tinh và lau sạch để khử vi khuẩn tránh làm hỏng tương ớt đó nhé!
