Chè bắp nước cốt dừa béo ngọt với bắp nếp được bào nhỏ, nấu chín cùng ít bột bắp cho nước đặc sánh. Khi ăn trộn thêm ào hỗn hợp nước cốt dừa béo ngậy hấp dẫn.
Trong nồi nhỏ, cho 400ml nước cốt dừa, 20g đường, 1/4 muỗng cà phê muối, đun lửa nhỏ. Hòa tan 1 muỗng canh bột bắp với ít nước roiod cho vào, khuấy cho đến khi nước cốt dừa sệt lại thì tắt bếp để nguội. Bắp rửa sạch, dùng dao bào bào nhỏ hạt bắp. Phần lõi bắp cho vào nồi, thêm 1.5 lít nước, đun lửa nhỏ khoảng 20 phút.
Sau đó, vớt bỏ lõi bắp, têm 1/4 muỗng cà phê muối và bắp bào vào. Thêm 150 đường đun cho bắp chín mềm. Tiếp đến hòa tan 6 muỗng canh bột bắp với nước rồi từ từ rót vào nồi chè, khuấy đều. Khi nồi chè sôi trở lại thì tắt bếp.
Múc chè ra tô, thêm nước cốt dừa cho vừa ăn là có thể thưởng thức. Chè bắp nước cốt dừa béo ngọt với hạt bắp dẻo bùi, nước cốt dừa béo ngậy hấp dẫn. Nếu thích món chè thơm hơn bạn có thể nấu chè cũng ít lá dứa nhé!
